Shipping Policy for Suncoast Dumpster Rentals

• Service Area: We serve Pinellas County and the surrounding areas. Please confirm your location is within our service radius before booking.
• Free Delivery: We provide complimentary delivery of your rented dumpster to your specified location within our service area.
• Scheduling: Deliveries are scheduled at your convenience. We aim to accommodate your preferred time slots for both delivery and pickup.

• Free Pickup: Just like delivery, pickup of the dumpster is also free of charge once your rental period concludes.
• Notification: We ask that as soon as you're finished with the dumpster rental to notify us. You may call us at anytime.

• Access: Ensure there's clear access for our delivery and pickup trucks. Any obstacles or restricted access might delay service or incur additional fees for special handling.
• Safety: Our team follows safety guidelines during all deliveries and pickups. Please keep the area clear of people and pets during these operations.

• Street Permits: If your dumpster needs to be placed on a public street, you might need a permit. Our team can guide you on this process, but obtaining the permit is the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
• Weather Conditions: Severe weather might affect our delivery or pickup schedule. In such cases, we'll communicate any delays promptly.

• Cancellation: If you need to cancel or change your delivery or pickup time, please contact us as soon as possible. Early notice helps us greatly. 
• Rescheduling: If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you with ample notice and offer alternative times.

• Preparation: Ensure the delivery area is prepared for the dumpster (e.g., clear of vehicles or obstructions).
• Waste Load: Ensure the dumpster is not overloaded beyond its stated capacity and that only permissible items are placed inside to avoid additional fees.
