Return and Refund Policy for Suncoast Dumpster Rentals

• Service Completion: Once our service is completed, which includes delivery of a dumpster or completion of a junk removal job, refunds are not available. Our team works diligently to ensure satisfaction, and we consider our service fully rendered upon completion.

• Pre-Service Cancellation: If you need to cancel your service before commencement (e.g., before delivery of a dumpster or start of a cleanout), please notify us as soon as possible.
  • Full Refund: We offer a full refund if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service start time.
  • Partial Refund: For cancellations between less than 24 hours prior, a 75% refund may be issued at our discretion, typically covering non-service fees such as administrative costs.

• Should there be an unexpected service interruption or if we are unable to complete a service due to circumstances beyond our control (like weather conditions or access issues), we will:
  • Offer to reschedule at your earliest convenience.
  • Provide a credit for future services if rescheduling isn't viable for you.
  • Provide a full refund in the event the first two options are not viable. 

• Feedback: If you're not completely satisfied with our service, we encourage you to reach out to us. Our goal is to resolve any issues to your satisfaction. While we cannot offer refunds for completed services, we can discuss future credits or discounts for subsequent services.

• Exceptional Circumstances: In very rare cases involving misinformation from our side or other extraordinary circumstances, we will review requests for exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis.
